Traditional (or “contingency”) recruitment offers a route to a successful placement with no initial financial commitment and utilises our consultant’s experience of solving your problems quickly and efficiently. Our costs and process are as follows:

  • £0 – £24,999 basic salary :
  • £2,500 + VAT
  • £25,000 – £39,999 basic salary:
  • £4,000 + VAT
  • £40,000 – £59,999 basic salary:
  • £6,000 + VAT
  • £60,000 – £99,999 basic salary:
  • £10,000 + VAT
  • £100,000 – £149,999 basic salary :
  • £15,000 + VAT
  • £150,00 basic salary +:
  • £25,000 + VAT
  1. We hold an initial conversation with you to understand your organisation, your objectives, goals, strategy, approach, cultural make up and type of recruit you want to help the business progress
  2. We identify a long list of suitably qualified candidates through a combination of networking, job board searches/advertising and database searching
  3. We assess each candidate’s technical experience, behavioural competence, cultural fit and personal drivers
  4. As part of our commitment to transparency, we guarantee to meet (or video call) every candidate prior to narrowing our selection to a final short-list
  5. A short-list will be presented with a detailed summary including experience, strengths, aspirations and areas where they may need to develop
  6. As part of the interview process, Recreo Global will provide constructive feedback to both client and candidate in a clear, candid and timely manner
  7. Once a decision is made, we will work with you to draft any offer and manage negotiations and discussion with the successful candidate
  8. We will closely monitor the candidate during the transition period, offering advice from handing their notice in, dealing with counter offers, to the day they join your business
  9. We commit to regular contact with both the candidate and client during the first 12 months.

Our fee structure means we are not in it to make a quick fee and move on. Each consultant at Recreo Global will work with a maximum of 10 non-competing clients, so you know you will have our attention for every opportunity you create as your business grows.
