- We hold an initial conversation with you to understand your organisation, your objectives, goals, strategy, approach, cultural make up and type of recruit you want to help the business progress
- We identify a long list of suitably qualified candidates through a combination of networking, job board searches/advertising and database searching
- We assess each candidate’s technical experience, behavioural competence, cultural fit and personal drivers
- As part of our commitment to transparency, we guarantee to meet (or video call) every candidate prior to narrowing our selection to a final short-list
- A short-list will be presented with a detailed summary including experience, strengths, aspirations and areas where they may need to develop
- As part of the interview process, Recreo Global will provide constructive feedback to both client and candidate in a clear, candid and timely manner
- Once a decision is made, we will work with you to draft any offer and manage negotiations and discussion with the successful candidate
- We will closely monitor the candidate during the transition period, offering advice from handing their notice in, dealing with counter offers, to the day they join your business
- We commit to regular contact with both the candidate and client during the first 12 months.
Our fee structure means we are not in it to make a quick fee and move on. Each consultant at Recreo Global will work with a maximum of 10 non-competing clients, so you know you will have our attention for every opportunity you create as your business grows.
